PLYMOUTH — Manomet Village Steering Committee endorses affordable housing project at 783 State Road. The committee voted 6-1 with one abstention to send a letter of support to the Planning Board for the Flaherty & Stefani, Inc. development, which proposes a 40-foot setback and 60-foot frontage on State Road and seeks a variance to current guidelines. Plymouth Police Lieutenant Ferguson reported parking enforcement will move to the recreation department seven days weekly and bathrooms on Taylor Avenue will be installed by May 21.
DPW outlined repaving and catch-basin cleaning plans for Taylor Avenue and will review signage and safety measures on Bartlett Road and at White Horse Road and Rocky Hill Road intersection. Energy & Environment Director David Gould said the Beachway/Full Sail project begins in May.
