Land Use & Acquisition Committee · Meeting of July 8, 2026

Plymouth's Land Use and Acquisition Committee restructured its leadership and tackled a Redbrook subdivision waiver request at its July 8 meeting. Sharon Clarke was unanimously elected Chair, with Hampton Watkins as Vice-Chair and Ethan Warren as Clerk. Dan Gorczyca, representing ADM Agawam Development LLC, presented a proposal for 54 market-rate units within Redbrook's 2008-approved Master Plan; public comment opposed the project on environmental and conservation grounds.

The Committee voted unanimously to have Ethan Warren draft a recommendation for the Select Board advising waiver of the Town's Chapter 61 Right of First Refusal. The panel also voted unanimously to request that the Select Board add the Open Space Committee and Community Preservation Committee to the distribution list for Chapter 61 Notices of Intent.
