PLYMOUTH — The Plymouth Land Use and Acquisition Committee voted unanimously to meet once per month on the second Wednesday, plus special sessions as needed. Committee Chair Hampton Watkins reported that H.4501, the proposed Charter amendments affecting LUAC's scope and membership, is nearing its third reading in the legislature, with Representative Michelle Badger signaling no substantial controversy and spring passage likely. The Earth Removal Bylaw Review Committee, now fully appointed, convenes January 15 at Town Hall.

Patrick Farah, Town Technical Support, requested committee backing for Article 23, a spring warrant item addressing the transfer of parcels from the Treasurer's Office to departments including the Conservation Commission.
