PLYMOUTH — Joint caucus of Precincts 7 and 14 convenes to review town warrant articles. Jeanette Kelly, chair of Precinct 14, opened the March 25 meeting at 6:30 PM at the Moose Lodge with seven members present from Precinct 7 and eight from Precinct 14. The caucus heard presentations on nine articles including the Nuclear Mitigation Stabilization Fund, special town meeting items, the Plymouth Community Trust By-Law petition, and a Home Rule petition removal, with members and the public offering questions and comment on each; no formal votes were recorded.
