Housing Trust Commits $100,000 to Redbrook Commons

Plymouth Housing Trust commits $100,000 to Grantham Group's Cranberry Commons closing. The trust reported an available balance of approximately $209,144.37 with two existing encumbrances and agreed to wire $100,000 toward the Cranberry Commons at Redbrook project closing April 1, 2026. Chair Bill Keohan and member Sandra Smith were unanimously appointed as authorized signers for all trust transactions.
New members Barnaby Bosanquet and George Herz joined the trust at the March 18 meeting.
