Historic District Commission · Meeting of August 12, 2026

PLYMOUTH — The Historic District Commission designated 9 Post Office Lane for demolition delay review. Vice Chair Paul Blanchard introduced several key motions; the commission approved certificates of appropriateness for signage at three locations including Kingston Signarama's Galway Girl, Brenner Signs' Drew Hotel, and Enclave Coworking. The commission continued a hearing on prohibited vinyl windows at 6 Emerald Street; a proposal to use Poly Ash trim at 46 Summer Street failed in a 3-3 tie vote.

The commission voted to support proposed changes to demolition delay guidelines.
