Historic District Commission · Meeting of April 22, 2026
PLYMOUTH — Historic District Commission approves three certificates, tables guideline review. Chair Michael Tubin and the commission unanimously approved signage modifications for Kingston Signarama at 52-54 Court Street and exterior alteration for the Plymouth Visitors Center's ADA conformance project at 130 Water Street. Discussion of Lydia Robertson's exterior alteration proposal at 46 Summer Street and Brenner Signs' signage request at 114 Water Street Unit 1 proceeded without formal votes recorded.
The commission unanimously determined 71 Clifford Road not historically significant for demolition delay purposes, and Tubin flagged a need to revisit guidelines governing multi-business directory signage.
