PLYMOUTH — Historic District Commission unanimously approves solar installation at Howland Street. The Commission, chaired by Michael Tubin, voted April 8 to grant a Certificate of Appropriateness for a 19-panel solar installation at 11.5 Howland Street (Case #25-64) with revised plans positioning two disconnect switches at the rear to limit street visibility. The Commission also advanced a revised design guidelines document toward a May meeting and public hearing, and continued a Kingston Signarama signage application to April 22, noting the applicant was absent.
