PLYMOUTH — Historic District Commission approves two certificates and continues solar work. The commission unanimously cleared a sign alteration at 6 Samoset Street for Ryan Realty Group and determined that properties at 208 Manomet Point Road and 43 Reed Avenue East are not historically significant under demolition delay review. Trinity Solar's solar panel and roof work at 115 Howland Street was continued to February 11th pending updated drawings and Fire Department consultation on panel placement; applicant Bruce Junior was asked to submit revised plans showing chimney location and conduit details.
