Earth Removal Bylaw Subcommittee B reviews natural features provisions.

Earth Removal Bylaw Committee · Meeting of April 21, 2026

PLYMOUTH — Earth Removal Bylaw Subcommittee B discusses natural features protections. The Plymouth subcommittee, comprising Love Albrecht Howard, Scott MacMillin, and Walter Morrison III, met to review modifications to zoning §203-2(A) and (B) and approved the previous meeting's minutes. Members identified inconsistencies in how vegetation preservation, topsoil management, grading, and erosion controls are addressed across other Plymouth Zoning Bylaws.

Morrison will refine the Cranberry Cultivation definition, MacMillin will review vegetative buffer requirements and recommend rationalizing standards in §203-2(B)1, and Love Albrecht Howard will review slope requirements and simplify them in §203-2(B)2.
