Earth Removal Bylaw Committee · Meeting of September 3, 2026
PLYMOUTH — Earth Removal Bylaw Committee removed redundant provisions from draft rules. Chair Michelle Christensen's committee voted unanimously September 3 to eliminate a 5,000-cubic-yard annual excavation limit and an undisturbed-land percentage requirement from its draft Section 203-2C natural features conservation bylaw, determining both are adequately addressed through other control mechanisms. The committee voted unanimously to add weekly videoconference meetings for the next month to maintain momentum on the draft revision.
Horsley Witten Group consultants participated in the review.
