Earth Removal Bylaw Committee · Meeting of May 7, 2026

PLYMOUTH — Earth Removal Bylaw Committee conducts practice line-by-line review of 492-line outline. Eight members generated 233 comments to the draft, which will undergo detailed structured review beginning at the May 21 meeting. Natural Features Subcommittee B will continue developing Earth Removal components including trees, buffers, setbacks, and topsoil, after Planning and Development urged the Committee to exclude Natural Features—a request the Committee declined on grounds the sections are inseparable.

Consultant Services subcommittee members Hampton Watkins and Richard Serkey will present a draft Request for Qualifications document to the Planning Board on May 13.
