Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan Citizen Advisory Committee · Meeting of April 27, 2026

Plymouth's Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan Citizens Advisory Committee briefed members on an April 16 presentation to the Committee of Precinct Chairs and moved into the public outreach phase. Sara Greenberg, CAC Chair, reported to the committee that the precinct leaders were engaged and interested but posed few questions on the plan. Mike Hanlon summarized discussion around financing mechanisms for future implementation, including short-term rental taxes.

The committee has organized Plymouth's 18 precincts into five steering committees and will now request time on individual precinct agendas to present the CWMP, with the Town awaiting scheduling confirmation. Four of five CAC members attended the hybrid meeting on April 27.
