PLYMOUTH — Affordable Housing Trust receives Cranberry Commons construction update with July 2027 opening target. The Plymouth Affordable Housing Trust received a construction update on the Cranberry Commons project, a 62-unit development that achieved financial closing and began site mobilization with an estimated 14-month construction period and July 1, 2027 opening target. A housing lottery with local preference is expected in April 2027.
The Trust reported an available balance of approximately $540,010.15, reflecting a $330,000 payment from Alden's Reach and a $50,000 encumbrance to Father Bill's Homeless Project. The Trust also reviewed modifications to its Subsidized Housing Inventory at Alden's Reach, which added 12 units total with three designated as affordable, bringing the project to 244 units.
