Plymouth's Community Preservation Committee unanimously withdrew Article 27 from the Spring Town Meeting warrant due to a clerical error in the Town Meeting Booklet. Finance Director Lynne Barrett reported the mistake could be corrected for Fall Town Meeting with no fiscal consequence. The nine-member panel, chaired by Edward Bradley, processed three invoices totaling $241,181.06 for Habitat for Humanity and two payments to PACH.
Liaison updates showed the Coalition for the Homeless project complete, Pilgrim Hall awaiting State review of amended historic restrictions, Plymouth Center for the Arts on track for completion by month's end, and the Oak Street project moving toward subsidized housing inventory eligibility. A subcommittee will oversee the 2017-2027 Community Preservation Act project book.
