Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan CAC advances Select Board presentation and outreach plan

Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan Citizen Advisory Committee · Meeting of February 17, 2026

PLYMOUTH — Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan CAC revised its Select Board presentation and finalized five precinct-based public outreach zones for planned forums starting after April Town Meeting. Chair Mike Hanlon and the committee, with input from Eel River Watershed Association president Mark Withington, emphasized project drivers including water quality and environmental health concerns in the rescheduled March 10 Select Board presentation. Weston & Sampson will revise the draft priority matrix to include coastal watershed criteria for coastal areas including Weweantic and Buttermilk Bay before the March 16 CAC meeting.
