PLYMOUTH — Community Preservation Committee approves invoices totaling 1.1 million dollars. Chair Edward Bradley and eight members unanimously accepted the agenda and prior minutes, then reviewed spending including 600,000 dollars for the Gilmore Land Purchase and 434,147 dollars for PACH. CPC Coordinator Kristin Ford reported the Coalition for the Homeless shelter project received Certificate of Occupancy and is expected to open mid-February, while Habitat for Humanity work at 31 Strand Avenue proceeds under a 60/40 fund split pending landscaping and solar installation.
The committee set a public hearing for February 26, 2026.
