Committee of Precinct Chairs · Meeting of October 5, 2026

Plymouth Precinct Chairs reviewed eight fall town meeting articles scheduled for October 17 and agreed to invite the town moderator to explain scope decisions. The Committee of Precinct Chairs, an advisory body, heard presentations on zoning amendments for senior housing, industrial development, and data centers, plus bylaws on the Mullin Rule and demolition delays, and a septic loan program. Public comment raised concerns about a proposed 40B housing development and about articles ruled out of scope on technicalities.

Committee member Arthur Desloges requested the moderator's legal explanation, and the committee agreed to invite Moderator Steve Triffletti to the October 15 meeting.
