PLYMOUTH — Committee of Precinct Chairs reviews nine spring town meeting articles. The committee approved agendas and prior minutes, then heard presentations on four municipal solar power purchase agreements with developer Greenskies at six town buildings; Article 22 codifying the town's zoning bylaws; and five Community Preservation Committee proposals totaling more than $644,000, including $85,000 for a Historic Preservation Plan, $70,530 to digitize the Old Colony Memorial microfilm, and $2,000,000 of available FY27 revenue to reduce borrowing for affordable housing and recreation projects. The committee voted 15-0-1 to allow public comment after each article presentation.
Seventeen of eighteen precinct chairs attended in person or remotely.
