PLYMOUTH — The Committee of Precinct Chairs shifted meeting times to 6:00 p.m. for four upcoming sessions and endorsed outreach efforts to boost town meeting participation. Chair Matt Tavares and 17 members voted 17-0-1 to move the February 9, February 19, March 9, and March 19 meetings earlier to allow more warrant article review time before the April 11 Spring Annual Town Meeting. The League of Women Voters will hold a "Run for Local Office" workshop on February 5 at the Great Hall, featuring Town Clerk Kelly McElreath and Election Coordinator Tyler Hazard, followed by a "Where Do Your Taxes Go" panel on February 12 live-streamed by the Local Seen.
