Historic District Commission · Meeting of September 23, 2026

Plymouth's Historic District Commission approved two exterior work certificates at its September 23 meeting. Chair Anne Mason and the seven-member body unanimously voted to approve a signage certificate for 32-34 S. Park Avenue (moved by Ryan Vayo) and a dryer vent certificate for 11 Chilton Street (moved by Paul Blanchard, Vice Chair).

The commission also unanimously continued a third formal hearing for 8 Carver Street pending final civil plans and determined a Sunset Avenue property is not historically significant, removing it from demolition delay protections. A fourth property on Emerald Street was granted a certificate of non-applicability for maintenance work.
