PLYMOUTH — The Plymouth Cable Advisory Committee received legal guidance on license renewal for Comcast and Verizon. KP Law counsel Nicole Costanzo explained federal ascertainment requirements, noting the town must assess operator compliance over a 10-year outlook and eventually hold one public hearing before renewal. The committee approved prior minutes unanimously and voted to form a negotiation team to conduct informal talks outside of open meetings.

Committee members assigned Len Levin to contact Sean regarding survey software access. The board scheduled its next meeting for September 17 as a remote session.
