Affordable Housing Trust approves minutes, advances property deed transfer

Plymouth Affordable Housing Trust reviews housing balance, applications. Chair Bill Keohan convened a hybrid meeting with six of seven members present; Christopher Knoth attended via Zoom but left at 8:56 a.m., and Mark Snyder was absent. The trust's available balance totals $208,209.33 with two encumbrances committed to Redbrook and Father Bill's Homeless Project.
The trust is advancing 2026 applications through partnerships with Mass Housing Partnership for regional outreach and coordinating with NeighborWorks in Kingston and exploring group home policies. The deed transfer for 195 Wareham Road from the Town to the trust remains in progress.
