Plymouth Affordable Housing Trust backs $50,000 for Westerly Road development. Bill Keohan's board unanimously approved the pre-development grant for Father Bill's and MainSpring at 41 Westerly Road, contingent on state funding due by June. The project holds a $90,000 conditional commitment from Beth Israel Foundation.
The board also received news that Redbrook's Cranberry Commons Community is anticipated to close by month's end, with groundbreaking in March, delivering 62 senior rental units.
