Plymouth Advisory & Finance Committee endorses spring town meeting articles. Chairman Joe Lalley presided as the committee voted unanimously (13-0-0) to recommend Article 1 (Reports of Boards and Committees) and Article 17 (Chapter 90 road funding, estimated at $2.37 million for FY27). The committee also voted 12-0-1 to recommend Article 3 (Committee Continuation, with Everett Malaguti abstaining) after a postponement motion failed 4-9-0, and 12-1-0 to recommend Article 4 (Elected Official Salaries, unchanged for FY27 at $4,500 for Select Board Chair, $4,000 for Select Board Member, and $2,000 for Moderator).
