Advisory & Finance backs four warrant articles unanimously

Plymouth's Advisory & Finance Committee recommends $525,975 in warrant articles. In a succession of four unanimous votes, Chairman Joseph Lalley's committee backed a $512,000 wastewater budget amendment to cover biosolids, utilities and chemical costs; $10,800 for zoning bylaw codification through General Code; $200 for an access easement to White Horse Cemetery dating to a 1973 town meeting that was never recorded; and $2,975 to pay three outstanding fiscal year 2025 invoices that arrived after the fiscal year closed. All four articles now head to the spring town meeting.
